Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. Onboarding and data migration are included on either model.
Can I switch from Platform to Performance later?
Yes. You can move to full-service RCM whenever you are ready, with no re-contracting required.
Does pricing change for multi-location practices?
No. Platform pricing is per provider and Performance pricing is a share of collections, regardless of how many locations you run.
Does AI Scribe cost extra?
No. AI Scribe is included in the platform on both the Platform and Performance models.
